About
Recycled Logo Mosaic is a feel-good programme that combines giving back with recycling. Before the event, a national charity or local community cause is chosen, and delegates are invited to bring clothing and other recyclable items.
On the day, teams take part in a lively networking and communication challenge: recreating a giant version of your company logo within pre-marked areas, using only the donated items.
Colours, textures and shapes all become part of the design, and teams must keep checking with one another so that every section aligns and the logo reads clearly from above.
The finished logo makes a perfect group photograph. Afterwards, all the items are delivered to your chosen charity, so nothing goes to waste and the good work continues.
Learning outcomes
Success depends on every participant understanding how their contribution affects the overall picture. Teams must talk constantly, as one misplaced colour can change the whole image.
From an organisational perspective, the programme breaks down silos and reinforces cooperative values, because every team's section must fit the complete design. Each team soon sees how its choices affect its neighbours.
