Grand Mural Reveal begins with small teams and ends with a single, breathtaking artwork. Each team collects brushes, paint, a blank canvas and a diagram showing its part of the overall picture, without ever seeing the complete design.
Teams mix their paints to match the required colours and start work on their canvas, following the diagram carefully. There is no need to be an artist, only a steady hand and a willingness to help.
Before long, teams realise that the image will only succeed if they coordinate with the teams around them, matching colours and lines wherever their canvases meet.
After a short debrief, the moment arrives. The completed masterpiece is unveiled to everyone for the first time, and the reveal is always met with cheers and applause.
