Mars Habitat Mission begins with an urgent transmission. The settlement on Mars is survivable but far from healthy, and your teams have been selected to create an environment where people can genuinely live and work together.
To succeed, teams undertake a series of quests. Each quest they complete unlocks another ingredient for a healthy habitat, and every member’s contribution matters. Some quests call for logic, others for creativity or careful coordination.
The stakes are high. If the quests are not solved in time, the settlement will be lost and the mission will fail.
Through a blend of teamwork and friendly competition, teams search for the perfect recipe for their new home and help humanity take its next great step. The story-led format works especially well for kick-off meetings and leadership retreats.
Learning outcomes
Mars Habitat Mission is a playful, experiential game that strengthens teamwork and problem-solving in an immersive setting. The storyline draws everyone in, so even sceptical colleagues engage quickly.
