For this indoor activity, you need a big, private space. Each team will need a round table (chairs are optional) and there should be a large rectangular table at the front of the room for event materials. You’ll also need a projector with an HDMI video connection and a big screen. A microphone and speaker set-up is best for events with 50 or more people.

The Most Successful Team Building Event in the World

From the start, it’s clear that every part of this team building challenge has been made to take advantage of the advantages of gamification. That means a lot of hard work and a lot of fun. With Beat the Box, there are no long introductions. Instead, the game starts with a short, exciting video. Having to work against the clock makes things even more exciting.

Once they’ve split up into smaller groups, your group will take on four different challenges in the style of an escape room. These have to be solved in order, and each Beat the Box challenge naturally makes things harder. The main goal is to find a mysterious slogan that can stop the clock.

Obviously, the only way to win is to work as a team and help each other. This is a great show that shows how powerful it can be to combine different skills to get the best result. We haven’t met a team yet that wouldn’t be better off if they worked together better.
