What’s your challenge?
IMPACT is a mobile app-based team-building activity suitable for face-to-face, remote, or multi-location hybrid teams. This engaging program focuses on philanthropy and directly contributes to the achievement of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), making a significant global impact. It serves as an interactive team-building game with the purpose of understanding the roadmap to a better future. Participants start by receiving an orientation on the SDGs and are then provided with tablet devices to make a tangible impact. Teams progress through various challenge levels, each aligned with specific SDGs (such as No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Climate Action, and more). The tasks encompass a range of mental, physical, and active challenges with varying levels of difficulty. The app acts as a guide, helping teams navigate the challenges, submit their attempts, earn points, and climb the leaderboard. Simultaneously, it raises awareness about the SDGs and encourages the creation of a more sustainable future that benefits everyone.
What will you learn?
In IMPACT, team members collaborate to grasp the game’s dynamics and formulate an adaptable team strategy. They discover that fostering innovative thinking and honing effective communication skills are essential for advancing on the leaderboard. Emphasizing active listening and sharing ideas encourages them to navigate challenges successfully. As teams work towards a shared goal of making the world a better place, they begin to develop mutual trust by valuing each other’s diverse strengths.

B1G1 offers three SDG Bundles: Active Economy, Beautiful Society, Clean Earth, collectively addressing all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Contributions made during the event guarantee that impactful causes are supported, allowing participants to contribute to the creation of a more sustainable future.
